Russ Shaw CBE is the founder of both Tech London Advocates and Global Tech Advocates. Previously VP/GM EMEA at Skype and Global Innovation Director at Telefonica, he was awarded a CBE for services to technology and business. Named London Tech Ambassador by the Mayor of London and co-founder of London Tech Week.
